How to Return & Swap your toys

1. Submit your request below, making sure to only include the specific toys you are returning.

2. We will email you a return label if it was not already included in your package when it was delivered. You will also receive a refund of Library Coins for the toy(s) you are returning. This will allow you to immediate pick out new toys.

3. To help our sustainability goals, we encourage re-using the box the toys came in. Pack the toys as tight as you can to limit movement, and close up the box using the eco-friendly packing tape we provided. Attach the label to the box and drop off at the delivery center specified. We will prepare and send your new toy-pack as soon as we receive your return.

If you have any damaged toys, please email hello@mytoylibrary.com before returning toys. Attach images/photos that might be helpful.
