You may cancel your subscription membership plan anytime by first returning all rented toys back to mytoylibrary; then contact us at hello@mytoylibrary.com with a cancel request.

Please note that all rented toys must have been returned, arrived, and been checked-in at the mytoylibrary facility before your subscription can be fully canceled. As such please give sufficient amount of time (at least 5 working days) before the end of your billing cycle for your toys to be shipped back and checked in to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for new billing cycle charges while waiting for your toys being returned to arrive, even if you have given notice to cancel before the start of the next blling cycle.

Once canceled, your membership plan will stop any future recurring subscription charges, but it will not mean a refund of any charges or fees already paid. We do not provide refunds for charges or fees already paid.

When you cancel, your plan continues until the end of its specific pay period or billing cycle:
          Pay Monthly: Your membership will end at the end of the month
          Pay Every 6-months: Your membership ends at the end of your current 6-months period
          Pay Yearly: Your membership ends at the end of your already paid yearly period

as such, we suggest cancelling your plan as early as 15 days of the end of your subscription pay period cycle.

The value you receive is based on a comparison of the price per month of each plan, vs the value of library credit received.

As an example, if you choose and pay €24,00 per month for the Play Box yearly plan, your child will be able to play with up to €120 worth of toys every month. 

€120 ÷ €24,00 = 5 

You can return and exchange toys when your child gets bored or no longer loves a toy. They can try out new toys to discover exactly what they like and what engages them.

Estimated savings per year is based on a comparison of the price of each specific plan per month x 12 months, vs the value of credit received x 12 months. Our unlimited free shipping offer is also factored in, and currently valued at €8.99. 

e.g. Using the Play Box monthly plan: (€38.98 - €8.99) x 12 = €359.88
(cost of the toys for the year)

With €120 in Library credit and a minimum of 1 Swap a month:
€120 x 12 = €1440
(value received for the year).

€1440 - €359.88 = €1080.12 in value savings per year.

For a limited time, free standard shipping is now included on most of our plans. This means a free delivery and return each month to help swap or rotate your toys.

If your plan does not include free shipping, you will be quoted a shipping rate on checkout, depending on your location, with an average of €4,67 each way for standard packages and €9,23 for larger items. 

We want you to be able to take out all the toys your kids will love. Contact us at hello@mytoylibrary.com for a custom plan that will allow more than €200 Library credit.

You will receive your Library Credit within 24hr of becoming a member. Although most members receive their Library Credit immediately.

Yes! Also, you can keep your borrowed toys for as long as you want with no late fees or due dates, but yes, you can purchase any loved toy and keep permanently.

You can purchase the toy based on a reduced residual value calculation we use to determine a reduced amount you pay to own the toy permanently. In this way, we will also return the full corresponding Library Credit value of the toy back to your account, available for you to use to checkout other toys from the library.
